What 1000xFounder Is

1000xFounder is an automated Deal Matchmaking and Deal Sourcing platform. We provide:

• Automated collateral preparation (Teaser, IM, MIS, Dashboard)
• Investor, founder, and consultant connection and matching
• Meeting scheduling and Minutes of Meeting (MoM) management
• Data room facilitation to support faster deal closing

Your Acknowledgment

By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• 1000xFounder is an automated Deal Matchmaking and Deal Sourcing tool, not a fund — it does not pool, manage, or deploy investment capital on your behalf
• You take complete responsibility for your own investment decisions — any decision to invest is yours alone
• It is your responsibility to independently verify and audit any company you are considering investing in — financially, legally, and operationally
• 1000xFounder does not take responsibility for the accuracy of information shared by founders or consultants — all due diligence is your own responsibility
• All financial and business data shown on this platform is provided directly by the founder, consultants hired by the founder, or authorised representatives of the company. A deviation of approximately 20-30% in the financial numbers submitted may be found upon your own due diligence
• If you are investing through a SEBI-registered structure (Category I/II/III AIF, VC Fund, or PE Fund), you take full responsibility for your own compliance with all applicable SEBI regulations
• 1000xFounder does not negotiate deal terms on your behalf and does not structure any investment in any way
• Any Term Sheet or Shareholders' Agreement (SHA) is a direct legal agreement between you and the founder — 1000xFounder is never a signing party
• Funds are transferred directly from you to the company's/founder's bank account — 1000xFounder does not receive, hold, or process these funds at any point

Data, Documents & Data Room

Documents (IM, Financial Model, MIS, Data Room contents) are stored on the founder's own cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive) and shared with you via access links the founder controls. 1000xFounder does not host, store, or take custody of these documents on its own servers.

The founder may revoke your access or request deletion of shared documents at any time — this is the founder's right, exercised only after they explicitly confirm via email, to prevent accidental or unauthorized requests.

Default document access window is 7 days from the date access is granted, unless the founder chooses a custom duration for you specifically.

• 1000xFounder is solely an online, automated deal-matchmaking and deal-sourcing tool
• 1000xFounder does not provide investment advice, legal advice, or financial advice to any party
• You are responsible for ensuring your own use of the platform complies with all applicable laws, including securities law, tax law, and data protection law in your jurisdiction
